Employee & Former Employee Representation

While Virginia is an "at will" employment state, that does not mean that Employees are without rights.  Wrongful Discharge, Retaliation, Discrimination based on Age, Sex, Race, Pregnancy, Disability, Sexual Orientation and Harassment are all actionable offenses.  The attorneys at Brandon T.   • Retaliation: Employers retaliate against employees in a variety of impermissible ways, including when employees are on leave (Family & Medical Leave Act) or when they complain about violations of the Civil Rights Act. (Title VII)
