Brandon is a lifelong Virginian who grew to love Hampton Roads during his time at his undergraduate University. After a few years working in Sales, Brandon returned to school at the University of Richmond School of Law. There, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Technology and the President of the Moot Court Board. He was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and had the good fortune of attending a Summer of classes at Emmanuel College of Cambridge University.
During law school Brandon also interned at a well-respected regional law firm. After law school Brandon served as an Associate at that same firm, before deciding that he could better help the community by working for Employees, & Medical Malpractice victims. Brandon's practice focuses on medical malpractice, employment law, and civil litigation - his passion is helping employees, individuals who have become injured, and their families.
Outside of work Brandon is an avid golfer and spends his free time with his wife Ruth and their three children (who are far too litigious for their respective ages,) and the furry "children" - Blue & Bogey.

A Maryland native, Tyler earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland before relocating to Virginia to attend the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, he concentrated his studies on transactional law and gained hands-on experience advising entrepreneurs through the Intellectual Property & Transactional Law Clinic.
Tyler also joined a local firm that focused on serving small business owners, first as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney after law school. Seeking a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing business owners, he transitioned to a regional real estate company, where he served both as in-house counsel and a business operations leader.
Today, Tyler is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate life's most important transactions, helping them protect what they have built and plan for what comes next. His practice spans a wide range of transactional matters, including business formation and governance, estate planning, real estate advisement, and intellectual property protection. By combining legal knowledge with real-world business experience, he helps clients make informed decisions, minimize risk, and achieve their personal and professional objectives.
Outside the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, Madeline, and trying to stop their son, Kenzo, from chasing around the household pets.

Alexis grew up in southern Indiana and attended the University of Indianapolis to study Psychology and Spanish. After her time as a social worker, she spent several summers in New York, learning the trades of the service industry. Bit by the travel bug, she visited as many continents as she could before settling in Norfolk. Alexis’s passions for helping the community aligned with Brandon’s aspirations and she joined the legal pursuit for justice.
When away from the office, Alexis can usually be found enjoying the outdoors, swimming, hiking, or challenging her friends in anything competitive.
